1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Gigzle ("Gigzle", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Gigzle marketplace website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Services
Gigzle operates an online event request marketplace connecting event hosts ("Hosts") with independent event service providers ("Vendors") in Ghana, including caterers, decor stylists, photographers, DJs, and event planners. Gigzle acts as a technology intermediary facilitating communication, quote requests, and proposal comparisons.
3. Host Responsibilities & Event Requests
Event Hosts are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, guest count, location, and requirements) when submitting event requests. Submitting a request does not obligate the Host to accept any vendor proposal.
4. Vendor Obligations & Verification
Vendors must provide truthful business and identification details, including valid Ghana Card verification or official business registration documents. Vendors agree to honor all itemized quotes and proposals accepted by Hosts.
5. Proposals, Deposits & Cancellations
Itemized proposals submitted by Vendors specify the price, inclusions, deposit requirement, and cancellation policy. Deposits and payments are agreed between Hosts and Vendors under the proposal terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gigzle is not liable for damages, cancellations, or service failures arising from independent Vendor agreements beyond platform facilitation. Both Hosts and Vendors agree to act in good faith and utilize Gigzle support for dispute resolution.
