Gigzle ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of event hosts and service vendors across Ghana in compliance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to facilitate event requests and vendor verification:

• Account Data: Name, phone number, email address, and role.
• Event Specs: Event type, date, location in Ghana, budget, and guest count.
• Vendor Verification Data: Ghana Card numbers, business registration certificates, and portfolio images uploaded for verification purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to match Hosts with relevant local Vendors, notify vendors of event requests, verify vendor legitimacy, facilitate direct messaging, and maintain platform security. We never sell your personal information to third-party ad networks.

4. Ghana Card & Verification Security

All verification documents submitted by vendors are stored securely with encrypted access restricted solely to authorized Gigzle verification administrators.

5. Your Data Rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, users have the right to request access to their data, request corrections, or request account deletion by emailing support@gigzle.com.
